Former Indian cricket captain Mohammad Azharuddin delivered his first speech in Parliament on Tuesday. The Moradabad MP joined the political arena by hitting out at the monopoly prevailing in certain sports federations like in the field of hockey.

I think Sidhu can definitely articulate better than Azhar. Azhar could hardly express clearly even when he was a player. And Sidhu on the other hand is good on TV shows, though boring at times.

I agree, Sidhu will be definitely better than Azhar. Siddhu has been in politics for quite a while and more over he has experience with the TV shows, Cricket commentary etc. I think Azhar's first speech was not that bad.
At the end of the day, I dont care whos a better speaker, but whos doing something good for people.

Sidhu talks a lot and he keeps on talking and don't even let other people express their point. As far as Azhar concerned, he just got into the GAME. I hope these people to some extent serve our people and nation.

My opinion, both suck. Sidhu talks too much - Azhar talks too less. India needs better politicians!!

Azhar is a newbie for the politics scene, where as Sidhu is there for quite a while. As someone said above Sidhu talks a lot, a lot of BS. where as Azhar atleast from what I have seen from the past cant even express himself well during the Cricket matches.

I completely agree with you Sangeeta. I can't believe he's sitting in Parliament instead of sitting in a jail. I dont blame him but the Congress party for giving him a ticket and people who chose him.

Azhar is the asshole who ditched his family for sangeeta, well i know thats got nothing to do with the current discussion but just says a lot about his character, who has become a politician thanks to the biggest threat to the nation "congress". anytime sidhu is much funnier and better than azhar though sometimes annoying too.

Azhar Bhai is much better than Siddu.Sachin too made money in match fixing how come nobody saying about Sachin.almost every crickters making money throug betting till now.anyways Azhar is not a criminal like other politicians.Azhar was a good Captain for India.& India is proud of Azhar.hope to see Azhar has a cabinet ministersoon.

Good sportsmen can be a good politician. But there is no place for good politicians at this moment of time. This is the time india need some revolutionaries, who could change the system for good. Good politicians cannot survive in this system. I think there should be some changes in the constitution which allows the term period for politicians who are elected to serve only for 1 year. This could bring drastic change to the system. 5 years is so long time that 4 years politicians just make money and one year they spend money to regain the post. If you talk about who between Azhar and Sidhu, it is totally a rubbish topic to speak on. Why people just compare actors with actors, sports person with sportsperson. Can you please compare good leaders with our leaders. I mean somebody like Mahatma Gandhi. Can anyone tell me what was the total amount of asset Mahatma Gandhi held when he was killed? He served a nation without intentions to make profit. Azhar and Sidhu are sailing in the same boat and they are among those 80% MPs who have criminal backgound.

Azhar Bhai is a gem of person anyone who knows him how he used to help other junior guys like laxman,raju..etc to name a few at gymkhana, who could hardly afford anything during that time with cricket gears(expensive),have you ever heard that sachin(A**hole)helping out anyone,if so,watch kambli's episode on sach ka samna) where he expressed his views bout tendulkar.I think azhar can be a good politician like his cricket career.
